• Candidates must be Indian citizens as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution.
• Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam.

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics as one of the subjects OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• Maximum Age: 38 years

  • SC/ST: 5 years (Up to 43 years)
  • OBC/MOBC: 3 years (Up to 41 years)
  • Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years (Additional relaxation of 3 years for OBC/MOBC and 5 years for SC/ST)
  • PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10 years irrespective of category.
