Selection Process
- Written Examination
- Objective-type OMR-based test (Technical + General Knowledge).
- 120 questions, with 65% from the technical domain and 35% from general knowledge, aptitude, and reasoning.
- Negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General/EWS: 50%
- OBC: 40%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
- Merit List & Final Selection
- Stream-wise merit list based on exam scores.
- Tie-breaking rule: Older candidates get preference in case of equal scores.
- No interview – selection is based purely on the written test.
Exam Centers
Candidates can choose from the following cities:
Agartala, Bangalore, Calicut, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna.
No changes in exam center selection will be allowed after application submission.
