Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Assistant Manager / Manager (Analysis, Design, Engine Testing):
    • Full-time First-Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Thermal, or Design from a recognized university.
    • Postgraduate qualification in the relevant field is preferred.

Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and additional 10 years for PwD candidates is applicable as per government norms.


Job Responsibilities

1. Assistant Manager/Manager – Analysis (JC001)

  • Conduct FEA/CFD analysis for engine systems, including intake, exhaust, fuel, cooling, and cranktrain.
  • Use software tools such as StarCCM+, ANSYS, AVL Fire, and Altair-HyperWorks for simulations.
  • Develop design methodologies and implement optimization techniques.

2. Assistant Manager/Manager – Design (JC002)

  • Develop 3D models for engine components such as cylinder heads, crankshafts, and piston assemblies using CREO.
  • Perform tolerance analysis, FEA simulation, and product configuration management.
  • Conduct DFMEA & FTA for design validation.

3. Assistant Manager/Manager – Engine Testing (JC003)

  • Conduct engine calibration for emission norms, including CEV Stage V and BS-VI.
  • Manage combustion hardware selection, test cell setup, and optimization tools.
  • Handle Type Approval and Conformity of Production (CoP) processes with certification agencies.

Selection Process for BEML Recruitment 2025

  1. Walk-in Interview – Candidates will be assessed based on technical expertise, project experience, and industry knowledge.
  2. Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates must provide original educational and experience documents.
  3. Medical Examination – Final selection is subject to medical fitness.

Candidates who have attended previous walk-in interviews at Pune and Chennai for similar positions will not be eligible for this round.

Employees will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), Perquisites, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Provident Fund (PF), and Performance Related Pay (PRP).

Travel and accommodation expenses for attending the interview will be reimbursed (AC-II Tier Train Fare).
