Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Manager / Manager (Analysis, Design, Engine Testing):
- Full-time First-Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Thermal, or Design from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate qualification in the relevant field is preferred.
Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) Required

Job Responsibilities
1. Assistant Manager/Manager – Analysis (JC001)
- Conduct FEA/CFD analysis for engine systems, including intake, exhaust, fuel, cooling, and cranktrain.
- Use software tools such as StarCCM+, ANSYS, AVL Fire, and Altair-HyperWorks for simulations.
- Develop design methodologies and implement optimization techniques.
2. Assistant Manager/Manager – Design (JC002)
- Develop 3D models for engine components such as cylinder heads, crankshafts, and piston assemblies using CREO.
- Perform tolerance analysis, FEA simulation, and product configuration management.
- Conduct DFMEA & FTA for design validation.
3. Assistant Manager/Manager – Engine Testing (JC003)
- Conduct engine calibration for emission norms, including CEV Stage V and BS-VI.
- Manage combustion hardware selection, test cell setup, and optimization tools.
- Handle Type Approval and Conformity of Production (CoP) processes with certification agencies.
Selection Process for BEML Recruitment 2025
- Walk-in Interview – Candidates will be assessed based on technical expertise, project experience, and industry knowledge.

- Medical Examination – Final selection is subject to medical fitness.
Candidates who have attended previous walk-in interviews at Pune and Chennai for similar positions will not be eligible for this round.
